Pre-Departure — Visitor downloads the sovereign tourism app, completes ED-Card, pays any applicable visa or tourism levy, uploads passport via OCR.

Automated Pre-Clearance — NEXUS and SENTINEL run pre-arrival screening against sanctions, watchlists, FATF, and risk model. Clearance status assigned before flight.
Step 03
In-Flight Preparation — Tourism Information Portal delivers destination information, local transport options, currency, and emergency services to the visitor's device.
Step 04
Arrival Processing — Officer scans QR code from ED-Card. Biometric match against passport photo. Pre-cleared visitors walk through; flagged visitors routed to secondary.
Step 05
Service Delivery — During the stay, the portal provides local-language support, emergency contact, and regulated-vendor directory.
Step 06
Departure & Analytics — E-ARRIVAL Stamp closes the movement record on departure. Anonymised analytics feed tourism authority decision-making.
